We tried to buy some Ibuprofen yesterday on account of my tooth extraction. I didn't expect that here you would need a prescription for it!!! At home, Ibuprofen is quite readily available.
They made me take Panadol. All Panadol variants are just Paracetamol. Oh, if they only knew the wonders of Ibuprofen.
I had my right upper pre-molar taken out on account of an unbearable toothache. It cost me a whopping $100! My most expensive, yet shortest ever dental visit. The extraction and consultation lasted only about 10 minutes. And I didn't even get a cleaning for my $100's worth.
Ahh, I miss home.
